The dash on my 2013 chevrolet silverado 1500 has cracked just above the airbag on the passenger side of the vehicle. To me this poses a safety concern should there be a collision causing the airbag to deploy where the crack may puncture the airbag. The dash developed a crack at the left corner of the passenger airbag, which was identical to the one that occurred in our 2012 chevrolet suburban. The vehicle is in excellent condition, and extremely well maintained. Miles are at 32,000, but the factory warranty ran out at the end of may and chevy refuses to cover the repair at 100%.
