Brakes failed to stop vehicle on several occasions traveling at a slow rate of speed and normally on a slight slope. Occurs almost everytime the vehicle is moving slowly. Consequences have been driven on the grass, redirected direction to miss other cars, no accident yet. To correct, a recall was issued on 8/29/05, had no issue then, having issue now and chevy will not fullfill the recall as they state the vehicle…

1999 chevy silverado abs light came on and noise along with it. I knew what it was right away because i replaced the abs module once before at 40000 miles. Chevy garage confirmed. Ridiculous and unsafe of chevy not to issue a recall. *tr
