We purchased a 2001 silverado ext in 7-01. Truck had about 16,000 miles on it, when we bought it new/used. Parking brake seemed to be really soft, but lot assured us, nothing was wrong with it and that the new technology we had with vehicle's, made it easier for elderly people and such.
