While driving at different speeds door locks will cycle on and off, exterior lights and dash display will go off, wipers will freeze, all gauges will go zero and two or three warning lights will come on such as stabilitrak, abs brakes or service air bags. While driving at any speed would roll down window and head lights would dim. Blower for heater and defroster would cut in and out. There was a distinct odor when using defroster and then it quit all together.
