The dash on my 2008 chevrolet silverado has cracked near the passenger side airbag across to the driver's side. One crack actually met another larger crack and a piece of the dash has fallen off leaving a hole.

Passenger side door lock actuator failed. The passenger door does not have a outside key lock to unlock the door. Shortly there after the driver's side actuator failed. They both failed prematurely. I have read there are a great number of failures but gm has nothing in place to replace them under a recall.

Severe dash cracking, has about 5-6 major cracks, including around the airbag area. Concern for how the airbag might cause piecers of plastic to injure occupants of the vehicle if the airbag was to deploy. Very concerned when i have three kids driving in the truck. Not to mention there still hasnt been a recall on the airbag situation. This is not good!
