Dash started with 2 initial cracks one at the passenger air bag and the other at the base of the driver side instrument panel closer to the window. I heard a vibration noise coming from my dashboard for of my instrument panel. Went out to my truck this morning and low and behold, there was a 4" crack in the dash that was not there last night. It starts at the left front corner of the airbag and goes toward the windshield. There is a small piece of black plastic sticking out of the crack. Now i wonder if someone touches it, the air bag will inflate. Is this safe or not?
