Light bulb goes onut, in front headlights after replacing it. Replace it 3 times and it continues to go out.

Backup lights were stuck on. Had truck running and put truck in reverse. The fuse block under the hood starting burning. The truck kept running even after turning off the switch and removing the key. Had to actually pull the fuse block out of the truck to get it to turn off and stop it from burning. Sitting at local dealership now waiting to hear from them. Should have taken pictures.
