The wipes starred while driving going slow and would just stop. Which after talking to car specialist was told it was tge motor had hone bad. The truck only has 90k on it should this happen so soon? This is very dangerous to suddenly happen with no warning or indication the motor was going bad. My husband was driving to work on highway and in city a 30 to 40 minutes away from home.

Wipers run very slowly and sometimes stop. This can be dangerous when it's raining and has caused me to stop due to not being able to clear the windshield. This has happened two other times. The problem is intermittent. I've read this may make the wiper motor work harder which could lead to a fire.
