When passengers pull out the seatbelts to buckle themselves in, the seatbelt then has slack and will not retract at all. This makes it very unsafe for passengers and children riding in the back seat. We have a crew cab and the back seat passenger and driver side seat belts became nonfunctional after we had had the vehicle for only one year. We used the seat belts in a normal fashion. It does not seem reasonable that the belts and retractors would break after normal use for one year. The front seat belts were recalled and worked on, so we are wondering if the back seat belts should be recalled also.
