There was a recall on the brake pressure when vehicle was moving slow. I had the recall corrected/completed; however, it still has the problem. So their solution isn't fixing the problem. When you are driving at a slower speed and apply the brakes it feels like the go out and the vehicle doesn't stop. You have to press brakes really hard.

There has been loss of power braking at low speeds. The brake pedal has a vibrating feel as it is pressed. The pedal will go down all the way to the floor with very little braking power. I took my truck in for the recall work for the same issue which had no effect. I had a prior problem with a fuel injector going out with less than 50,000 miles on the truck. This caused loss of power in situations where power is…

Truck has issues stopping at slow speeds. Extreme pedal pressure is required to stop the vehicle. When towing, and attempting to back up a trailer, the pressure required on the pedal makes maneuvering extremely difficult to control and unsafe. Brakes are a vital piece of equipment, and are needed to safely operate a vehicle in today's driving environments. I had this looked at by a dealer's service department. They…

We were driving in sevierville, tn in very busy tourist traffic going about 25 mph with 2 babies in the back and pulling a trailer with a polaris ranger. When i went to hit the brakes, there was no movement of the brake pedal. I couldn't press it in unless i used 2 feet and applied hard pressure. Once the brakes were pushed all the way in, it used enough brake to come to a stop. The mechanic said we need a new…

Braking is very difficult when at low speeds to stop, it is nearly impossible. I have had many very close accidents where i have almost hit other vehicles due to not being able to stop properly. It is my understanding that this issue is due to the brake vacuum assist pump. This needs a recall!

At low speeds of 15mph or less, when brakes are applied, the vehicles brake assist stops working and the electric to the car flashes off. If speeds are low enough and you apply brakes while turning right at a light or stop sign, the vehicle will shutoff and steering wheel locks. This is a huge safety issue and poor design.
