    On march 20, 2016, my right front tire went off of the shoulder of the pavement and i lost control of the vehicle. I slammed into a brick mailbox at a speed of 45 mph thus causing the airbag to deploy. I sustained an approximate 3 inch long gash on my forehead from the airbag.
